About the Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS®
In 1994 the Canadian Commercial Council (CCC), was founded to support and represent REALTORS® specializing in commercial real estate from Boards and Associations Canada-wide. Members must adhere to a strict code of ethics and establish standards of practice. The CCC represents commercial REALTORS® whose qualifications have met high standards for membership including business experience, education and success.
The BC Commercial Council
The BC Commercial Council (BCCC) was established to influence and shape British Columbia's organized commercial real estate industry. The council includes ten of BC's 12 real estate boards: BC Northern, Chilliwack & District, Fraser Valley, Kamloops, Kootenay, Okanagan Mainline, South Okanagan, Vancouver, Vancouver Island and Victoria.
Together these Boards represent more than 90 per cent of BC's commercial real estate MLS® listings.
The BCCC strives to enhance the practice of commercial real estate investment, to share commercial information and resources between the boards and to partner with like-minded associations and agencies.
BCCC member boards are also members of the Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS®.
